Indigo GirlsMusic and activism have gone hand-in-hand for Emily Saliers and Amy Ray throughout their more than 25 year career as Indigo Girls.

LGBT rights, Native American rights, and the abolishing of the death penalty are just a few of the issues to which they’ve lent their names and efforts.

The duo last week released their fourteenth studio album, One Lost Day through Vanguard, and launch an extensive tour June 17 in Grand Rapids.
