With less than six weeks to go, the 2017 NON-COMMvention is just about set.

Four more artists have committed to perform, including Steve Wynn and his band The Dream Syndicate, a band that after quitting in the late 80s, re-formed in 2012.

Also added to the lineup are LA electronic trio Lo Moon, Brooklyn’s The National Reserve, and hometown heroes The Districts.

The four will join more than two dozen other artists slated to play, including Blondie, The Pixies, The Mavericks, Laura Marling, and Paul Shaffer and the World’s Most Dangerous Band.

The annual industry event brings together public radio executives and their music industry counterparts for three days of meetings and artist showcases. The NON-COMMvention takes place May 17-20 at World Cafe Live in Philadelphia — adjacent to the WXPN studios.
